Hi, I am Lisa, Owner and Founder of Red Dog Pet Services, LLC. I am a retired Federal Government intelligence professional who is finally pursuing my lifelong dream of caring for animals. My mission is to provide peace of mind through high-quality professional pet care so that pet owners & their pets can live their best lives.

Red Dog Pet Services provides professional, secure, and trusted pet care for your beloved pets in the comfort and familiarity of your (and their) own homes and surroundings.

At the end of every year in business, I spend time reflecting on the year. What went well? What didn’t go well? Where are the gaps? What do I want to improve upon? And more….This becomes the starting point for drafting my goals and “Guiding Word” for the following year. As we head into 2026, I want to share the focus guiding everything we do at Red Dog Pet Services this year:

Our team will continue investing in education, including updating their Pet First Aid & CPR certifications and ongoing learning, so they’re confident, capable, and prepared, especially in unexpected situations.

In 2026, I will be stepping further out of day-to-day scheduling to focus on client relationships, quality control, and direct involvement when it matters most, especially during emergencies. Our Operations Manager, Jessica, has done phenomenal in 2025 learning all things Red Dog and will continue as our Operations Manager in 2026.

I am a recently retired intelligence professional, where I held a full scope polygraph and a Top Secret Clearance for over 24 years with the National Security Agency. Place your trust in me to take care of your pets & to protect your home & privacy!
