Packages
To support routine, recurring care, we offer two savings options based on how you schedule services: Prepaid Care Credits or Frequent Care Packages. These options help us maintain consistent staffing and dependable scheduling while offering value to clients who plan ahead.
Option 1: Prepaid Care Credit Program
Flexible savings for ongoing care
Prepay for future services and receive a small bonus credit.
Bronze Paw
• Pay $500 → Receive $525 in credit (5% bonus)
• Effective 30-minute rate: $36.20
Silver Paw
• Pay $1,000 → Receive $1,060 in credit (6% bonus)
• Effective 30-minute rate: $35.85
How it works:
• Credits are applied automatically after each completed visit
• Remaining balance is always visible in Time To Pet
• Credits are deducted at the current service rate at time of service
Eligible services:
• 30, 45, and 60-minute walks or drop-ins
• Non-holiday, routine care days
Important details:
• Credits expire 6 months from purchase
• Non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credit purchase does not guarantee availability
• Red Dog may pause credit sales based on staffing capacity
Option 2: Frequent Care Packages
Best for weekly or monthly routines
Weekly Loyal Client Rate
• $36 per visit
• Minimum 3 visits per week
• Standing weekly schedule preferred
• Auto-pay required
Monthly Shift Worker Package
Designed for rotating schedules
- 12 visits per month: $420 total ($35 per visit)
Package rules:
• Visits must be used within the calendar month
• One rollover visit allowed
• Schedule submitted in advance when possible
• Auto-pay required
• Packages are non-transferable
• Add-on, last-minute, and holiday visits billed at standard rates
🐾 Vacation Care & Package Use
Prepaid Care Credits and Frequent Care Packages are for routine, ongoing care only and may not be applied to vacation care bookings.
Vacation care—including multiple visits per day over consecutive days—requires full payment at standard rates on the first day of service and is scheduled separately based on staffing availability.
